What is the Dealerrater Dealer of the Year Program and how did Matthews Mitsubishi in Vestal win?
The award program chooses select Dealerships throughout the United States who show outstanding customer satisfaction as showing in their online reviews that were posted on Dealerrater. 
To be considered for the Dealer of the Year award you must have the following:
- a minimum of 25 reviews on Dealerrater in one calendar year
-an average rating of 4.0 out of 5.0 on Dealerrater
-At least on review on Dealerrater per quarter during the calendar year
-Must not have been blacklisted within the calendar year
